Once the payment is confirmed and the product is delivered/downloaded, we do not provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
2. Incorrect Purchase

Since these are instant digital downloads, refunds cannot be issued for incorrect purchases.
3. Duplicate Payment
If you are charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, please contact us immediately with payment proof.
We will verify and issue a refund for the duplicate payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Delivery of Product
If you do not receive your digital product due to a technical glitch (such as email not received, download link not working), please reach out to us.
After verifying the issue, we will re-send the product at no extra cost.
